I have personally tried this vegan cookie dough, with much much skepticism, and it was FREAKING DELICIOUS. It really is fantastic.

Lucky Lucky Lucky

I stuff my face with cheese on a regular basis. It's every bit as ladylike as I just made it sound.

I would love to learn how to do it....but everything I try my hand at (if it involves anything edible) turns to dust. Literally. Like, it burns to a crisp. Which totally wouldn't be the case here....but I betcha something would burn if I was around.

I think I may have had the same issue with my old laptop. Is yours a Mac? I fried some connection b/w the power and the rest of the computer b/c I would store the laptop in its case, in a drawer, while it was still on. So it was baking itself in there. My friend replaced the part for me for about $60, but in another year or so the battery was fried. It won't hold charge, so if the plug gets pulled out, it shuts off immediately. I wonder if it is related to the initial over-heating...

Also, those cows ARE adorable.

You have been canning cauliflower? Look at you, Ms. Domestic! This recipe elevates the taste - well, it elevates the taste of salt and caramelized goodness.
